Welcome to Zorilenta (hereinafter referred to as “we”). This order cancellation policy explains how and when an order may be cancelled, how requests are handled, and how refunds are arranged after a cancellation request is approved.

1. Order cancellation conditions

Order cancellation availability depends on the time of purchase and the current order status.

  • Orders that have been placed within the last 48 hours and have not yet been shipped may be cancelled directly.
  • Orders placed more than 48 hours ago or orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled.
  • If cancellation is no longer possible, you may wait until the order is delivered and then contact us to request a return and refund.

If you wish to cancel an eligible order, please follow the steps below.

  • Once approved, you will be notified of the outcome and the refund process will be arranged without unnecessary delay.

3. Refund handling

Refunds resulting from approved order cancellations are processed according to the guidelines below.

  • Refund method: refunds are returned to the bank card used at the time of payment, including Visa and MasterCard.
  • Estimated timeframe: depending on the processing efficiency of different card issuing institutions, refunds are usually credited within 1 to 5 working days.
  • If the refund is not received within the expected timeframe, please contact us for assistance.
