1. Delivery Coverage

At present, delivery services are available exclusively within the United Kingdom. Orders with delivery addresses outside the UK cannot be processed at this time.

2. Shipping Fees and Pricing

Shipping charges are calculated based on the total order value:

  • Orders with a total value of £79.99 or more (including £79.99) qualify for free shipping.
  • Orders with a total value below £79.99 are subject to a fixed shipping fee of £8.99.

All applicable taxes and handling costs are included in the product prices displayed at checkout. No additional charges will be applied after payment or upon delivery.

3. Order Cut-Off Time

Our order processing hours are from 08:00 to 18:00 (GMT).

  • Orders placed before 18:00 are generally processed on the same business day.
  • Orders placed after 18:00 are processed on the next business day.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next available business day.

4. Order Processing Time

Once payment has been successfully confirmed, orders enter the preparation stage. Processing generally takes 1–3 business days before the parcel is handed over to the carrier.

5. Estimated Delivery Time

After dispatch, delivery usually takes approximately 7–10 business days. Actual delivery times may vary depending on the destination, carrier performance, and prevailing logistics conditions.

6. Shipping Carriers

To ensure stable and reliable delivery, orders may be shipped using one of the following carriers:

  • Royal Mail
  • SEUR
  • PackLink

7. Order Tracking

Once your order has been confirmed and dispatched, you will receive an email containing your order number, payment details, and carrier information. You may track your order at any time by visiting the “Order Tracking” page on our website and entering your order number together with your registered email address or phone number.

8. Responsibility and Delivery Issues

  • If your order is damaged or lost during transit, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist with verification and resolution.
  • Once an order has been dispatched, requests for modifications or cancellations may no longer be possible and will be handled according to the actual order status.
  • Customers are responsible for ensuring that all delivery details provided are accurate and complete. Issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address information will be handled based on the specific circumstances.

9. Delivery Inspection

We recommend inspecting your package promptly upon delivery. If any damage, missing items, or other irregularities are identified, please document the issue with photos and contact our customer service team as soon as possible so we can assist you without delay.
